Hello!
Hope 2017 is treating you well so far – mine hasn’t been the greatest but onward and upward!
In my last post, I briefly mentioned that I’d joined the Clarity Gold club. Now I’ve had a couple of instalments through, I can safely say that it is worth every penny. I opted for the stamp and groovi clubs, however I’m already considering upgrading my membership to include the stencil club as I’m enjoying it so much.
Every month, you receive either a stamp, stencil or groovi plate (depending on which club you’ve opted for) and each comes with a step by step inspiration sheet with two projects. On top of that, you get a storage folder, 10% discount on Clarity products, free P&P and a monthly newsletter. As a relatively novice crafter still, the tuition was my primary motive for signing up, and I have not been let down.
Below are my first creations from the club:
Not perfect, still a long way to go but overall I’m very happy with what I’ve accomplished.
As I was enjoying it so much, I had a look at the back issues of club instalments and found an absolutely gorgeous wolf stamp which I had to have. I think he’s my favourite so far, and I’m super impressed with the finished project:
I never could have achieved something like this a few months ago. The instructions are so easy to follow and come complete with full colour images so you can wrap your head around each individual step.
I also ordered myself a back issue of a stencilling pack as I wanted to have a dabble to help me decide whether to upgrade my membership or not. I opted for the hare stencil and this was my first attempt:
Not too bad for a rookie stenciller!
Overall, I would highly recommend the Clarity club. I’ve learnt so much already and can’t wait to see where it takes my skills over the coming months. Plus you’ll always have the excitement of receiving a mystery envelope of crafty goodies at the end of each month.
